Datasets for supervised learning
Web14 hours ago · An overarching goal of exploring large-scale models is to train them on large-scale medical segmentation datasets for better transfer capacities. In this work, we design a series of Scalable and Transferable U-Net (STU-Net) models, with parameter sizes ranging from 14 million to 1.4 billion. WebMost existing large-scale DR datasets contain only image-level labels rather than pixel-based annotations. This motivates us to develop algorithms to classify rDR and segment lesions via image-level labels. This paper leverages self-supervised equivariant learning and attention-based multi-instance learning (MIL) to tackle this problem.
