Il pt è nato una ventina di anni fa a Seattle, negli Stati Uniti, grazie all’impegno di due persone sordocieche, Jelica Nuccio e aj granda (nome scritto tutto in minuscolo), che volevano rendere più accessibile la comunicazione tattile.
