WebbAns OPAMP it is a direct coupled high gain differential input amplifier. It is called operational amplifier because it is used for performing different functions like differentiation, addition, integration, subtraction. It has infinite voltage gain, infinite slew rate, infinite input impedance, zero output impedance, infinite bandwidth. Webb8 okt. 2015 · Q1. What is an operational amplifier? An operational amplifier, abbreviated as op-amp, is basically a multi-stage, very high gain, direct-coupled, negative feedback amplifier that uses voltage shunt feedback to provide a stabilized voltage gain. Q2. State assumptions made for analyzing ideal op-amp.

Yes, because the MOSFET adds a lot of voltage gain in the forward path. The pic below shows one way to stabilize the circuit. The voltage gain of the MOSFET stage is now limited to 0.5 above 50KHz. That should be fine for any unity-gain stable opamp. crillon gallery

Adder, subtractor, voltage –to- current converter, current –to- voltage converters, instrumentation amplifier, analog computation, power amplifier, etc are some of the linear op amp circuits. 2. WebbPrecision Rectifier: The ordinary diodes cannot rectify voltages below the cut-in -voltage of the diode. A circuit which can act as an ideal diode or precision signal – processing rectifier circuit for rectifying voltages which are below the level of cut-in voltage of the diode can be designed by placing the diode in the feedback loop of an op-amp. crills boonville
